We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Presentation Manager to join our Wealth Management Marketing team. This role is in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid work arrangement, at this time.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Owning the presentation system that we use to introduce, deepen, and propose to prospects and clients - from a content perspective. Working with key client-facing advisors and SMEs to update our presentation approach to sharing a narrative that focuses on the client, their needs and how we will help them.
• Identifying and enhancing the most meaningful ways to visualize "How we help you" for individual client needs, in partnership with product marketing and our creative team.
• Tracking presentation development/usage and share "what's working" across client-facing partners and oversee quality control of our internal sales repository (Seismic); identify content that should be retired/refreshed.
• Acting as a key resource available for our top producers, to assist them individually with key finalist presentations; and then carrying the most effective concepts over to the presentation system to continuously improve it.
• Co-owning the roadmap for our presentation tool (Seismic) with Marketing Technology and Analytics to constantly improving usability for the front office.
• Driving a tight process to deliver on time, with flawless execution, tight proofing and strong command of content.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum 7-10 years' marketing or sales experience, preferably in financial services/wealth management environment where you can leverage your knowledge of client needs, the approach for working with clients and solutions.
• Deep knowledge of the sales process in Wealth Management and the journey from prospect to client, and then from client to advocate.
• Strong verbal, written and overall communications skills, with a proven ability to turn ideas into engaging PowerPoint presentations, or other media, that support the desired conversation.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe.
• Genuine interest in deepening proficiency in driving impact for the wealth management client business.

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $66,000 and $120,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
